Shipping?

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

US Shipping has a flat rate of $6.50 per order. 

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed. Most local orders (Puerto Rico) take between 2-3 days to be delivered, during high seasons they can take between 5-7 days, keep in mind delays might occur.

Once your package is dropped off at the post office we will send you the Tracking Number via email.

International Shipping has a rate of $17.50 per order. The places we currently ship to are: Canada, Italy, France & United Kingdom. For additional International Shipping please reach out via Email or Instagram DM.

Packages Lost, Stolen, Damaged?

We completely understand how upsetting it can be if this occurs, but Jewels by Nat is not responsible for any items that have been mishandled by the USPS. You must make sure you provide us with the correct address, if it’s sent back to us due to a wrong address, you must pay the shipping rate again.

You can verify delivery details of your order in the tracking number we will provide once your item has shipped.

If it occurs that your package is lost in transit, which is very unlikely. The customer should reach out directly to the USPS.

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages and we will not refund them.

Most of our jewelry is either Gold Plated or Stainless Steel.

 

How do I take care of my Jewelry?

  • Avoid spraying perfume or alcohol directly onto your jewelry as it can tarnish the material.

  • Avoid swimming with your jewelry — since salt water & chlorine will react with the metals and cause it to tarnish.

  • Remove them before bed to avoid any possible accidents that may cause damage to the pieces.

  • Remember they will last you a long time as long as you take good care of them!

Returns?

All sales are final and not refundable. If you received your order with any damages, please reach out to us with photo or video evidence so we can replace your item.
